pina colada protein smoothie

Serves: 1 large or 2 small

Preparation time: under five minutes

½ cup pineapple
1 banana
½ cup coconut milk
1 serving of vanilla protein powder (see tub for recommended serving size)
1 cup of chilled green tea
1 cup of ice

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.
